Conroe Police have been on the scene of a SWAT situation since a little after 6pm near downtown Conroe. Apparently a Hispanic male with a .22 attempted to assault several other Hispanic males. Several got out but one was still being held.
Moments ago after sending in several canisters of tear gas one male who is believed to be the last victim exited the home.
Police are talking with him in an attempt to plan their next step.
