Teen Arrested for Reckless Driving on the Toll Road

HARRIS COUNTY, TX- On June 4, Deputies with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted a traffic stop in the 9700 block of W. Sam Houston Tollway North after observing a vehicle allegedly driving erratically and at a high rate of speed.

Deputies detained the driver, 19-year-old Greyson Tuggle. After a brief investigation, Tuggle was arrested and charged with Reckless Driving.

“Greyson Tuggle was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for Reckless Driving. His bond was set at $100 out of County Court 8,” said Constable Mark Herman.
