Teen Free on $100 Bond Arrested Following Pursuit

…allegedly driving a stolen vehicle!

HARRIS COUNTY, TX- Last Friday, Deputies with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a “just stolen” vehicle in the 19800 block of Kenswick Drive. While enroute to the call, a Deputy spotted the stolen vehicle and initiated a traffic stop. The driver refused to stop, leading Deputies on a pursuit. During that pursuit, the suspect struck another vehicle, injuring the other driver.

Deputies detained the suspect, 17-year-old Dandrae Heath. He was found to be out on a $100 bond for a previous evading case.

“Dandrae Heath was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, Evading, and Fail to Stop and Render Aid. His total bond was set at $30,000 out of the 482nd District Court,” Constable Mark Herman said.
