TOMBALL, TX- A 15-year-old boy faces multiple charges after allegedly leading Deputies with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office on a vehicle pursuit and attempting to hide a loaded gun.
On May 19, Pct, 4 Deputies stopped a vehicle in the 19700 block of Tomball Parkway. As Deputies approached, the driver placed the car in drive and sped away, causing them to initiate a brief pursuit.
The chase ended when the suspect struck a center raised median. Deputies quickly detained the driver and identified him as a 15-year-old boy. (Unless or until the suspect is charged as an adult, his name and booking photo cannot be released – Sorry!)
During the investigation, deputies discovered the teen had concealed a loaded firearm between his butt cheeks.
Deputies arrested the juvenile and booked him into the Harris County Juvenile Detention Center. He faces charges of Evading Arrest / Detention in a Vehicle and Unlawful Carry of a Weapon, according to Constable Mark Herman.
