HARRIS COUNTY, TX- On December 10, Deputies with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the 9700 block of Autumn Harvest Drive in reference to suspects checking door handles on vehicles. Deputies found the suspects and identified them as 17-year-old Quentin Carl and 18-year-old Dreyvian Joseph-Dowther. Further investigation revealed they were carrying guns.
“Quentin Carl and Dreyvian Joseph-Dowther were arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for Unlawful Carry of a Weapon. Their bond was set at $100.00 each out of County Court 7,” Constable Mark Herman said.
