Texas Clear Alert Issued – Endangered / Missing – Have You seen Brian?

The Harris County Constable Precinct 4 is searching for Brian McCowan, 47-year-old, Black, male, last seen wearing a gray t-shirt and red shorts. The missing person was last seen at 4:07 PM, on 11/11/2025 at 17750 Cali Dr, Houston, TX.
Law enforcement officials believe this person’s disappearance poses a credible threat to their own health and safety.
Anyone with information regarding this missing person, should contact the Harris County Constable Precinct 4 at 281-376-3472.
