THANKS TO A MCSO DEPUTY

FROM A READER

I’m so sick of hearing so much negativity about law enforcement these days.. On Thursday September 3rd I visited St. Luke’s Hospital in the Woodlands to have my daughter checked out. We were not released till after 11:30pm, as I walked down the sidewalk with my 2yr old I had the eerie feeling come over me.. As I looked across the parking lot I witnessed a man walking into the parking lot from Hwy 45 & he laid down in the bushes next to my car.. I grabbed my daughter and walked back into the hospital, a approached the Montgomery County Deputy that was working in the ER.. I guess he could tell something was wrong and he asked if I was ok, I told him that I usually don’t do this but I asked him if he could walk us to my car and explained to him about the man in the bushes.. Without even hesitating he walked us to my car and checked all around it, he stood there till I had my daughter buckled in and I was in the car locked in.. I pulled out, stopped at the stop sign and waited till he was back in the hospital before I left.. I don’t know his name, but I hope he knows how much I appreciate him taking the time to walk us to our car… That Deputy had no clue who I was, but he could tell I was a little freaked out and he went above and beyond to ensure I felt safe… That is why I sat and waited till he was safe inside the hospital before I left… {If the deputy happens to see this THANK YOU SO MUCH}
