HARRIS COUNTY, TX- On April 11, 2025, deputies with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office West District Patrol and K9 Unit assisted the United States Postal Inspector Service with executing a federal arrest warrant at 13000 Ivymont Drive. The suspect identified as 39-year-old Quinton Wayne Hogan, was allegedly involved with several other suspects in various Bank Fraud, Mail Theft, Identity Theft, and Possession of Counterfeit Postal Keys offenses in the surrounding areas of Harris County, Texas.
“Quinton Wayne Hogan was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, for the Federal Warrant. His bond was set at $80,000 out of the 230th District Court,” Constable Mark Herman said.
