As previously announced: Precinct 1 Constable Philip Cash will be conducting a Warrant Roundup in collaboration with Justice of the Peace (JP) Judge Mack’s office on Wednesday, March 12, 2025. This is not an amnesty program but an opportunity for those with outstanding traffic warrants to take advantage of the available options to settle those warrants. Notices have been mailed to persons with active Class C warrants in the JP Court.
These notices’ primary focus is to inform those with outstanding warrants and allow them to resolve their issues without the threat of arrest.
The second phase of the Warrant Roundup is the enforcement phase. During this phase, those who have neglected their traffic warrants may be rounded up at home, work, or anywhere within Montgomery County and brought to the JP court to address their outstanding warrants. The consequences of neglecting these warrants are serious, and we urge you to take action now.
Anyone who receives a notice about a warrant is strongly encouraged to call the Warrant Hotline at (936) 788-8380 to resolve this matter.
