During the month of May, The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Crime Reduction Unit began to investigate several vehicle burglaries that occurred in The Woodlands, Texas. Numerous citizens came fourth stating that during night time hours, unknown suspects had entered their vehicles and burglarized them. As a result of the investigation, on June 22, 2015, a search warrant was obtained and executed at a residence on Bonnymead Circle, in The Woodlands, Texas. During the execution of the search warrant, four individuals were arrested on various charges.
As a result of further investigation, warrants were obtained for six additional individuals connected to these burglaries. Four of the six individuals were arrested on Thursday, July 2, 2015.
Arrested:
Elijah Japhet Banner (date of birth 03/31/1997) is charged with engaging in organized criminal activity.
Jayven Dwan Webb (date of birth 05/17/1996, is charged with engaging in organized criminal activity.
Kayla Maria Palacios (date of birth 12/22/1997) is charged with engaging in organized criminal activity.
Ajene Dale Bailey (date of birth 11/26/1996) is charged with engaging in organized criminal activity
Two additional individuals have not been located and active warrants are issued for their arrest.

Patrick St Louis (date of birth 12/20/1995)
Brock Allen Lane (date of birth 06/04/1997)
