The same day around 8:00 PM Sheriff Deputies met with the victim of a robbery at a restaurant in the Panther Creek Shopping Center. A deputy learned that the victim is a delivery driver for the restaurant and was delivering a telephone order to the Creekwood Condos on Tanglebrush Dr. The victim told deputies that as he neared an apartment to deliver the food order he saw a sign in the window that the residence was vacant. The victim was approached by a suspect that had a handgun. The suspect took the food order, and the victim’s money, and cell phone. The victim ran and did not see where the suspect went.
