Toddler Found Wandering Alone

HARRIS COUNTY, TX- On November 7, deputies with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a welfare check at a residence located in the 13600 block of Perry Road.

Upon arrival, deputies discovered a toddler wandering outside alone with no adult supervision for several hours. Concerned for the child’s safety, Deputy Palacios and her K9 partner “Hades” conducted an extensive search of the surrounding area to locate the child’s guardian.

After a thorough search, deputies successfully located the child’s mother, identified as 34-year-old Endea Green.

Green was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Child Endangerment.
Her bond was set at $7,500 out of the 338th District Court.

“This case is a strong reminder of the importance of vigilance and responsibility when it comes to child safety,” Constable Mark Herman said. “Thanks to the quick actions of Deputy Palacios and her K9 partner Hades, this child was safely reunited and removed from a dangerous situation.”
