ARRESTS:
Narcotics Violations:
On 02/25/2010 Corporal White arrested Mr. Brady E. Denham, 34 YOA, of Tomball for Possession of Marijuana. At approximately 18:42 HRS, Corporal White arrested Mr. Denham for Driving While License Suspended in the 18200 block of Tomball Pkwy. During a search incident to arrest, Corporal White discovered marijuana in the vehicle.
On 02/27/2010 Officer Welch arrested Mr. Jose A. Rodriguez, 30 YOA, of Magnolia for Possession of Marijuana. At approximately 07:17 HRS, Officer Welch arrested conducted a traffic stop in the 27800 block of Tomball Pkwy. During a search, Officer Welch discovered marijuana in the vehicle.
On 02/27/2010 Officer Tikal arrested Ms. Rebecca Prieur, 34 YOA, of Magnolia for Possession of a Dangerous Drug. At approximately 13:24 HRS, Officer Tikal arrested Ms. Prieur for outstanding warrants in the 29900 block of Tomball Pkwy. During a search, Officer Tikal discovered Lisinopril and Flexeril in the Ms. Prieur’s purse.
Assault:
On 02/21/2010 Officer Davis arrested Ms. Mallory Wilding, 23 YOA, of Tomball for Assault Family Violence. At approximately 21:45 HRS, Officer Davis responded to a disturbance in the 1000 block of Lovett. Upon investigation, Officer Davis discovered that Ms. Wilding had assaulted her husband.
On 02/27/2010 Officer Tikal arrested Mr. James McGough, 45 YOA, of Magnolia for Assault Family Violence. At approximately 20:44 HRS, Officer Tikal responded to a disturbance in the 29900 block of Tomball Pkwy. Upon investigation, Officer Tikal discovered that Mr. McGough had assaulted his girlfriend.
Driving While License Suspended or Invalid:
On 02/23/2010, Officer Davis arrested Ms. Joanne McKeon, 31 YOA, of Houston for Driving While License Suspended in the 27900 Block of Tomball Pkwy. At approximately 16:13 HRS, Officer Davis conducted a traffic stop, and discovered that Ms. McKeon’s driver’s license was suspended.
On 02/24/2010, Officer Langdon arrested Mr. Myer J. Lovell, 51 YOA, of Houston for Driving While License Suspended in the 28300 Block of Tomball Pkwy. At approximately 21:02 HRS, Officer Langdon conducted a traffic stop, and discovered that Mr. Lovell’s driver’s license was suspended.
Weapons Violation:
On 02/21/2010, Officer Tikal arrested Mr. Gil G. Devery, 27 YOA, for Unlawful Carry of a Weapon. At approximately 15:12 HRS, Officer Tikal conducted a traffic stop in the 28400 Block of Tomball Pkwy. During questioning, Mr. Devery advised that he had throwing knives in his pocket.
Theft:
On 02/24/2010, Officer Sparks arrested Ms. Deandra J. Moore, 42 YOA, of Tomball for Theft. At approximately 17:25 HRS, Officer Sparks responded to a theft in the 14100 Block of FM 2920, and Ms. Moore was arrested without incident. Approximately $70.98 worth of merchandise was recovered by the arrest.
Violation of a Protective Order:
On 02/25/2010, Officer Yoho arrested Mr. Charles D. Hill, 48 YOA, of Tomball for Violation of a Protective Order. At approximately 07:27 HRS, Officer Yoho arrested Mr. Hill in the 900 Block of Sutton when he observed the defendant within close proximity of a residence in direct violation of a protective order.
Criminal Trespass:
On 02/26/2010, Corporal White arrested Mr. Jasen M. Selders, 35 YOA, of Tomball for Criminal Trespass. At approximately 11:40 HRS, Corporal White responded to a disturbance in the 900 Block of Lawrence, where the defendant was observed on property after receiving a Criminal Trespass Warning at that location.
OFFENSE REPORTS:
Burglary:
On 02/21/2010 Officer Welch responded to a Burglary of a Building in the 27400 Block of Tomball Pkwy. Two Chainsaws, two saddles and an air compressor were stolen for an estimated loss of $1,925.00.
On 02/26/2010 Officer Tucker responded to a Burglary of a Building in the 600 Block of Timpkin. An electric scooter valued at approximately $500.00 was stolen.
Burglary of a Motor Vehicle:
On 02/22/2010 Tomball Officers responded to three Burglaries of a Motor Vehicle in the 500 Block of N. Cherry, 800 Block of N. Peach and 1000 block of Inwood. Approximately $400.00 in cash and several personal items were stolen between the three vehicles.
Robbery:
On 02/23/2010 Tomball Police Officers responded to an Aggravated Robbery in the 100 Block of Ella at approximately 20:43 hours. The suspects stole approximately $400.00 in cash
Theft:
On 02/26/2010 Officer Young responded to a theft in the 400 Block of S. Persimmon, where approximately $8,000.00 worth of copper wire was stolen.
On 02/26/2010 Officer Langdon responded to a theft in the 14000 Block of FM 2920, where a bicycle valued at approximately $350.00 was stolen.
On 02/27/2010 Officer Tucker responded to a theft in the 28500 Block of Tomball Pkwy, where a toilet flush sensor valued at approximately $600.00 was stolen.
