October 22, 2010, a 39 year-old female reported to the Sheriff’s Office that after leaving a local Mexican food restaurant in South Montgomery County she stopped at her recently divorced husband’s home in the 26000 block of IH45.
While there in the parking lot she told deputies that a white male driving a white van hit her and put her in the van where he then put a pill into her mouth. She told deputies that she believes that she may have been sexually assaulted but did not recall. The suspect took her back to her car and then left. A description of the suspect at this time is vague.
No additional information will be released as detectives investigate this incident.
