The signal lights on FM 2090 are NOT WORKING at Hwy 59 in Splendora, on either side. The crash previously reported was actually a FOUR vehicle crash, and it occurred at one of the non-working signal lights. The intersections should be treated as a 4-way stop until the lights are repaired.
