1:30 p.m. Traffic is very heavy on I-45 northbound and southbound with people returning home from the Thanksgiving holiday. Traffic is especially bad around Madisonville, with many trying to exit to the local Buc-ee’s, where the parking lot is overflowing with vehicles now stacking up on the shoulder of the road.
