An earlier crash at I-45 northbound main lanes at the San Jacinto River Bridge had traffic stacked up, but it just cleared with involved vehicles and first responders gone, so people in northbound vehicles are again in motion (and most are probably exceeding the speed limit, and working on creating the next reason for an alert…)
