I-45 northbound and southbound main lanes and service roads, just south of Hwy 242 will be closed between 4 a.m. and 5 a.m. Tuesday, as crews repair the power lines that shut down the interstate Monday afternoon. The roadway will be completely impassible until the repair is complete, which expected to take about one hour.
