It’s a GIANT MESS on the northbound main lanes of I-45 near the Hardy Toll Road  entrance ramp, where a truck hauling cattle crashed and flipped, distributing live cattle onto the interstate with traffic still moving. This is in south Montgomery County near the Harris County Line. WARN PEOPLE AND AVOID IF POSSIBLE!
