Tram Road will likely be closed between Long Street and Roman Forest Blvd., for at least the next hour. The suspect who was allegedly fleeing from Splendora Police at a high rate of speed crashed near the intersection and was ejected from the vehicle. He has been transported to an area hospital in critical condition. DPS is also on location and assisting with the crash investigation.
MCPR will post on-scene info as soon as possible. Please avoid the crash site to avoid extensive delays.
