Hwy 59 Southbound main lanes and service road are open again between The Grand Parkway / 99 and FM 1314. Hwy 59 northbound service road is now open, and two of the main lanes are open to through traffic at the location of the earlier crash(es).

Hwy 59 southbound main lanes – passenger vehicles have collided with heavy damage directly across from the fiery 18-wheeler crash that has the northbound main lanes and service road stopped. Southbound Hwy 59, just south of The Grand Parkway / 99 is CLOSED. Avoid traveling south from New Caney to Porter – only the feeder is currently open and it may wind up stopped too-
