Valley Ranch Parkway at The Grand Parkway / 99 service road – The signal light is not working at all. Drivers should treat it as a four-way stop (by Texas law). Unfortunately, that doesn’t mean they will stop, so if you must drive through that intersection, please go slow and look around in every direction. DON’T ASSUME OTHER DRIVERS WILL STOP. Avoid the intersection if possible. (There are lots of uninsured motorists, and some have fake paper tags, so you’d be stuck paying for all of the damage when they fled before police arrived!)
