HARRIS COUNTY, TX- On February 20, 2026, Deputy Parson with Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a gray Chevrolet Silverado after allegedly seeing the driver make an illegal left-hand turn.

Upon making contact with the driver, identified as Micah Spence Biggs, deputies discovered he had an active felony theft warrant issued by the Harris County Sheriff’s Office. The warrant was confirmed, and Biggs was taken into custody without incident.

“Micah Spence Biggs was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail on the felony warrant. His bond was set at $15,000 by the 248th District Court,” Constable Mark Herman said.
