HARRIS COUNTY, TX- On April 14, 2025, a deputy with Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 7200 block of FM 2920 Road. The driver, Timandra Cooper, had an open warrant for Assault out of Dallas County.
“Timandra Cooper was arrested, transported to the Harris County Jail, and charged with the open felony warrant. Her bond and court information have not been set at this time,” Constable Mark Herman said.
