HARRIS COUNTY, TX- A traffic stop on December 8, resulted in the arrest of a man wanted on an outstanding theft warrant, according to Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office.
Deputies conducted the stop in the 11900 block of Barwood Bend Drive and identified the driver as 22-year-old Nicky Ziko. A records check confirmed that Ziko had an active warrant for Theft.
Ziko was taken into custody and booked into the Harris County Jail on the theft warrant. His bond was set at $100 out of County Court 13, officials said.
All individuals arrested or charged are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
