HARRIS COUNTY. TX- On Wednesday, Sgt. Alejo with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted a traffic stop in the 24100 block of Aldine Westfield Road for a traffic violation.

During the course of the stop, deputies discovered that one suspect had an active warrant and another was subject to an ICE detainer. While on scene, the suspect with the ICE detainer attempted to flee from custody but was quickly apprehended by deputies.

Both individuals were safely taken into custody and booked without further incident.
