HARRIS COUNTY, TX- On Thursday, a Deputy with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 29300 block of I-45. The driver, 35-year-old Darnell Campbell, had no driver’s license or insurance.
Further investigation revealed that he was in possession of a backpack full of large candles that allegedly recently stolen from several Bath and Body Works stores in Harris County and in Montgomery County.
“Darnell Campbell was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Theft. His bond was set at $100 out of County Court 14,” Constable Mark Herman said.
