TRAFFIC STOP TAKES PILLS OFF THE STREET

Saturday evening just after 7pm Precinct 4 Deputy Looza was patrolling US 59 North just south of FM 1314 when a 2003 Infinity made an  illegal turn onto Ford Road off the feeder. The vehicle was stopped. Deputy Bergland came to assist Looza and spotted a  substance believed to be marijuana was seen in the front seat area and the vehicle was searched. During the search the deputies  recovered fifty Ectasy pills. The two suspects were taken into custody and taken to the East Montgomery County Annex.  The vehicle was seized and towed.

The suspect Paul Westin Sarvadi, age 23 of Porter was placed in the Montgomery County Jail on a charge of Manufacture and Delivery of a Controlled Substance. A bond of $50,000 was set but later dropped to $25,000.

Adrian Guerra age 24 of Weslaco, Texas was placed in the Montgomery County jail on a charge of Manufacture and Delivery of a Controlled Substance and an open forgery warrant. His bonds totaled $103,000.
