On 2/20/16 around 4pm, a Pct. 4 Constable Deputy was patrolling the Kings Mill Subdivision in Kingwood, TX when he stopped a car for the passenger not wearing his seatbelt. An investigation found both subjects to be in possession of 24.7 grams of methamphetamines, which carries a street value of around $1,200. Some of the methamphetamines was already packed in individual bags for resale. Also in the vehicle, the deputy found Xanax, Valium and some marijuana.
Both subjects were booked into the Montgomery County Jail on Possession of a Controlled Substance, 4G<200G with Intent to Deliver.
