Traffic Stops Results in Fugitive’s Arrest on Multiple Charges

HARRIS COUNTY, TX- On Monday, a Corporal with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the 19400 block of Kenswick Drive in reference to a suspicious vehicle. Upon deputies arriving, they located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop. The driver was identified as Freddie Harrison – a convicted felon. During the course of the traffic stop, it was discovered that the vehicle was involved in a felony theft that occurred on December the 5, at a local Walgreens. Further investigation revealed he had two open Felony Warrants for Theft out of Harris and Montgomery County.

“Freddie Harrison was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for the open warrants and charged with Theft. His total bond was set at $10,000 out of the 208th District Court,” Constable Mark Herman said.
