One lane is closed westbound and one lane is also closed eastbound. A vehicle went through the railing and plunged down between eastbound and westbound lanes. Traffic will be very heavy for an extended period.

7:15 p.m.

N. Grand Parkway / 99 westbound, just west of FM 1314 – major accident has traffic stacking up westbound. Rubberneckers are reportedly making the eastbound lanes slow down as they try to get a look at the crash.
