Rose Lyons has plead guilty to Engaging In Organized Criminal Activity and given 4 years probation. Rose was the wife of Charles Lyons who was given two years State Jail probated for 4 years on a charge of Engaging In Criminal Activity by Judge Kathleen Hamilton.
Jamie Lindley who also worked at the same game room in the 22000 block of Loop 494 in Porter plead guilty to Felony Engaging In Organized Criminal Activity and given 3 years Deferred Probation
The owner was arrested on June 24, 2010 when Montgomery County SIU, after a 2 month long investigation raided the game room. Inside they seized $4450 in cash and 40 motherboards from the eight liner machines were also confiscated. Two arrests were made that night one which was Charles Lyons. On June 27, 201 the Montgomery County Grand Jury indicted Jamie Lindley and Rose Lyons along with her husband.
All these cases were prosecuted by Claudia Laird of the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office.
