TWO ARRESTED AS THEY BURGLARIZE GRANGERLAND STORE

Early Saturday morning a burglar alarm sounded at the Family Dollar at FM 1485 and Rheinhart. Since law enforcement stepped up with additional patrols in the Grangerland area a Montgomery County Sheriff’s Deputy was seconds away. As he rolled up he spotted a black female, identified as Keiuna Renee Jackson, 19, of 2683 Grand Canyon Drive in Houston crawling out of a small hole that was cut in the side of the building. There was also a Hispanic male fleeing on foot toward the rear of the store. The male was quickly located. He was identified as Nicholas Angel Sanchez, 18, of 19607 Spoonwood Drive in Humble. Both were taken into custody. It appeared they were going to make an attempt at the safe. As Sanchez fled he took with him the security DVR unit. That was located in the woods giving law enforcement a good video of the actions of the two. Both were transported to the Montgomery County Jail and charged with burglary of a building.
