At 4:45 pm a Chevrolet pickup was traveling north on I-69 at a high rate of speed in the right lane. A GMC pickup was in the middle lane and a Chevrolet MAlibu was in the left lane. The driver of the silver truck made an abrupt lane change causing his left rear wheel to come in contact with the GMC truck. That impact caused the Chevrolet truck to lose control and cross into the left lane where he was hit in the driver’s door by the Malibu and then slammed into the center concrete barrier. There were no serious injuries. Patton Village Police worked the crash with the assistance of Wood Branch, Montgomery County Precinct 4, and Splendora Police.
