MONTGOMERY COUNTY – Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) Troopers are investigating a two-vehicle fatality crash on Farm-to-Market 1774, west of Magnolia.
The preliminary crash investigation indicates on Wednesday, September 20, 2023, at approximately 5:53 p.m., a 2010 Toyota Tundra traveling south on Farm-to-Market 1774, attempting to turn east on O’Neil Lane. The rider of a 2014 Yamaha motorcycle was traveling north at a high rate of speed and caused a collision with the Toyota.
The driver of the Toyota, 65-year-old Vicki McDonald of Magnolia, Texas, was transported to HCA Tomball for minor injuries.
The rider of the Yamaha, 22-year-old Collin Greenhouse of Magnolia, Texas, was pronounced deceased on the scene by the Montgomery County Justice of the Peace Matt Masden.
The Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office and the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office along with the Montgomery County Precinct 5 Constables Office assisted DPS. Eickenhorst Funeral Directors transported the victim to the Montgomery County Forensic Center for autopsy. Milstead Wreckers picked both motorcycle and truck up to transport to impound.
