On Saturday, May 10, 2025, at approximately 7:30 p.m., Harris County Precinct 4 Constable deputies were dispatched to a “Weapons Disturbance” shooting call at a residence located in the 700 block N. Vista Dr, North Harris County, Texas. On arrival, deputies observed a male, Eduardo Alfaro Jr. (32 YOA), with multiple gunshot wounds. EMS responded and pronounced Eduardo dead at the scene. Precinct 4 Deputies detained the decedent’s brother, Charles Storey (50 YOA), and the mother. Harris County Sheriff’s Office Homicide Detectives and Crime Scene Investigators responded to the scene and conducted the investigation. Detectives interviewed the mother who stated her son, Charles, shot and killed her other son, Eduardo Alfaro Jr. Charles Storey was charged with Murder and booked into the Harris County Jail.
