Tuesday night Dwayne Jury, 55, of Spring went out fishing in his boat near Piney Shores on Lake Conroe. It was normal for him to spend a night fishing. But come dawn his boat was found empty and afloat. His vehicle and trailer was found at Piney Shores. His family expected him back but he never showed. Montgomery County Precinct 1 Lake Patrol started a search using sonar and also of the shore line. Just after 4 pm they located the body of Jury in about 15-feet of water. Divers recovered Jury. Montgomery County Precinct 1 Justice of the Peace Mack responded to the scene and ordered Eickenhorst Funeral Directors to transport Jury to the Montgomery County Forensic Center for autopsy.
