Steven Frazier who was on a family outing on Sunday on the north end of Lake Houston is still recovering in Hermann Hospital. Steven went off a rope swing into the water but didn’t swing out far enough and hit the ground. He was flown to Hermann Hospital with a broken neck and no feeling below the shoulders.
This morning doctors have determined his spinal cord is intact but has extensive swelling. He does however have broken bones in his neck that will require surgery. He still is unable to move anything from the waist down but is responding to feel in in his toes.
