At 3:00 p.m. San Jacinto County Sheriff’s Office dispatched units to a major accident on Highway 190 on the westside of Lake Livingston. The first unit on the scene requested fire/rescue with tools as they had an entrapment.
Point Blank, Coldspring and Onalaska Fire Departments responded.
As of 4:30 pm. 190 remains closed. There is one confirmed fatality. Four medical helicopters both Life Flight and PHI have already loaded and enroute to Houston. It is believed that six people were being flown.
From scene it appears to be a head on crash involving a Ford F-150, GMC Youkon and a Chevrolet Silverado
