In our quest to keep the Shelter as clean and disease free as we possibly can, the county is repairing and our staff is thoroughly sanitizing one whole room.
We would like to ask Montgomery County residents to please help us by keeping all strays until Monday. Even though we are closed, we will take them in during our normal business hours. We will also not be accepting owner surrenders until 8:30 Monday morning.
MCAS staff and especially our current population of wonderful animals, appreciate your cooperation.

Cats and kittens will still be accepted. Adoptions of cats and kittens are very desirable .
