The FBI Bank Robbery Task Force needs your help identifying a bank robber who forced his way into a motor bank and demanded cash earlier today. The robbery happened at the Bank of America motor bank located at 5150 N. Shepherd in Houston, Texas. A photograph from the bank surveillance camera is at the conclusion of this release.
At approximately 8:30 a.m., a man forced his way into the motor bank and demanded money. The robber gestured as if he was concealing a weapon; however, a weapon was not observed by the tellers. After getting some cash, the bank robber fled the scene in a green Ford Expedition. No one was physically hurt during the robbery.
Witnesses described the bank robber as a black male in his mid-30s, approximately 6’0”-6’1” tall, 200 pounds, with stubble or a light mustache and beard, and with small skin tags on his cheeks. He wore a green sweatshirt with a logo, a blue beanie hat, and blue jeans.
