HARRIS COUNTY, TX- On December 7, Deputies with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle in the 1400 Spring Cypress Road. Upon arrival, they found the vehicle, with 33-year-old Darrek Hayes behind the wheel. Turns out, the vehicle was reported stolen from Montgomery County.
“Darrek Hayes was arrested and booked into Harris County Jail, charged with the Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle. He is awaiting bond out of the 177th District Court,” Constable Mark Herman said.
