The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) Troopers are investigating a fatal crash near 10100 Sleepy Hollow, that occurred Saturday, November 11, 2023. The preliminary crash investigation indicates that at approximately 6:12 p.m., a 2008 Dodge Avenger was traveling east, followed by two other vehicles and then a 2019 Yamaha motorcycle. It is reported that the motorcycle began to pass the vehicles as the Dodge began to make a left turn into a private drive and struck the Dodge on its left side. The driver of the Dodge, identified as 38-year-old Joshua Wagnon of Willis, was not injured. The driver of the Motorcycle, identified as 29-year-old Roman Sievers of Conroe, was pronounced deceased on scene by Justice of the Peace Wayne Mack. This is an ongoing investigation, and no further inquiries are available at this time.
