HARRIS COUNTY, TX- On November 22, Deputies with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the 700 block of E Cypresswood Drive in reference to an assault. They learned a woman allegedly assaulted a child who was a friend of her child. According to the report, the woman grabbed the child by the shirt and dragged her, causing pain.
Security video at the apartment complex captured the incident. Deputies found the suspect identified her as 53-year-old Lisa Donald. Further investigation revealed she also had an open warrant for Criminal Trespass.
“Lisa Donald was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for the warrant and charged with Injury to a Child. Her total bond was set at $7,600 out of the 486th District Court,” Constable Mark Herman said.
