On August 17th two Waller County Sheriff’s Office K9 Deputies along with Patrol Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle. With the assistance of Austin County the Vehicle was stopped on Highway 6 South of Kelly. A Waller County K9 was deployed for an open-air search with an alert on the vehicle for possible narcotics. Upon the search, 1.28 lbs of marijuana was recovered along with 5,295 dollars in cash. Both suspects are charged with money laundering and possession. They currently reside in The Waller County Jail.
