Last month the 80-year-old mother of this reporter parked in the Handicapped area of the Wal-Mart Super Store at West Road and Interstate 45. As she went back to her car a black male approached her and grabbed her purse dragging her to the ground.
Immediately after that they used her credit card to buy chicken. In addition to all her credit cards, drivers license, other identification and cash the robber took all her keys forcing her to have to basically rekey everything she owned.
