David Lee Brezik, Jr., 39, of New Caney was arrested and handed over to US Marshals on a federal probation violation warrant. On June 24 around 9 p.m., Deputy C. Turrentine arrested a driver on FM 1314 in Porter who had a suspended license. The passenger in that vehicle needed a ride and called Brezik to the location of the traffic stop. Deputy Turrentine requested Brezik’s identification to ensure he had a valid driver’s license and a check revealed an active federal warrant for his arrest.
