On June 7, 2018, deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office were dispatched to an assault call in the in the Village Creek subdivision, just West of State Highway 249 and Spring Cypress. Deputies met with the complainant who reported that while jogging near the 12500 block of Willow Breeze Drive, an unknown male approached her and asked if she had seen his dog and asked her to view a picture on his cell phone.
The male suspect then showed the complainant a photograph of a penis. The complainant became upset and the male grabbed and squeezed her butt before fleeing the location. The complainant was able to capture a photograph of the male suspect walking off.
