On July 24, 2018 at about 8:00 am, the female pictured entered the Ulta Beauty store located in the Valley Ranch Town Center, New Caney, TX. While inside the store, the female began shopping and placed over $700.00 worth of merchandise inside her shopping bag. The female then left the store with the items without paying. The female is believed to have entered into a black Honda two door car.
