The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office is asking your assistance in helping identifying the above subject.
On August 1, 2017, Deputies with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to a theft at Wal-Mart located at 20310 US Highway 59, New Caney, TX 77357. Upon arrival, Deputies learned that asset protection employees found a theft deterrent device inside the store empty without the camera inside. Asset protection employees informed Deputies that the unidentified male suspect was seen in the electronics section, removing the camera from the theft deterrent box and concealing it beneath clothing inside his shopping cart. The male had a shopping basket with several items inside, however later concealed the camera on him as he walked out of the store.
The suspect is a thin build, black male, approximately 6’00” with neatly trimmed facial hair and haircut.
